Pärnu County Development Centre is a foundation established by Pärnu County municipalities for the balanced development of the county.
Pärnu County Development Centre steers the development of Pärnu County, develops entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education, and civic engagement. It also promotes public health and internal security, international relations and implements countywide projects.
Pärnu County Development centre is part of the nationwide network of county development centres that includes 15 development centres in each county all over Estonia.
In cooperation with all Pärnu County stakeholders, the state and international networks and partners, we apply our knowledge and experience in order to foster balanced development in the county. We are the initiator and main implementer of the Pärnu County’s Development Strategy 2035+.

The vision of Pärnu County Development Centre is to be a first-rate, knowledgeable and trusted partner in all areas related to the development of Pärnu County. We are the driving force behind Pärnu County’s transformation into the brightest pearl of the Baltic Sea region.

Pärnu County Development Centre’s mission is to stimulate and spearhead the overall balanced development of the county by being a competent trailblazer and a dignified custodian of Pärnu County identity.

Our office is situated on the third floor of the former County Government House and is open from 9 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays, with lunch break at 12 am to 12:30 pm. Customers are welcome from Monday 1 pm until Friday 12 pm. There is a paid parking area in front of the building where you can park your car for free for the first 60 minutes.
