Grant conditions
- The objective of the Pärnu County Film Fund is to promote professional audio-visual production in Pärnu County (excluding the administrative territory of the Municipality of Kihnu), to create a basis for professional film-making in Pärnu County by supporting audio-visual projects, to attract investment to Pärnu County and to promote Pärnu County in Estonia and abroad.
- At the time of submission of the application, the applicant is guaranteed at least 50% of the total funding for the film project (the exact percentage will be specified in the film's financing plan).
- The applicant intends to carry out the activities of the film project in Pärnu County within a maximum of twelve months from the application’s submission date and to submit a cost report for the film project no later than one month after the end of the eligibility period.
- The maximum rate of support is up to 25% of the eligible costs incurred by the applicant for the production of the work in the region.
- The work of the Film Fund is organised by the Association of Local Authorities of Pärnu County.
- The size of the film fund will be 100 000€ in 2024.
- The applicant can be a legal person registered in Estonia.
- A digitally signed application with annexes must be submitted to pol@pol.parnumaa.ee.
